Ella Schwarz FRSA

Aged 30, Ella took over as CEO of Total Insight Theatre in April 2023 to build on the charity's track record in lived experience leadership and its youth-led approach, after working at the charity since 2016. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, she has been recognised for championing new ideas, driving social change and delivering practical solutions, particularly relevant for leading a charity in an increasingly challenging external context.
