Corinne Mills

Corinne Mills has been People Director at Alzheimer's Society for five years. Previously she's worked for Marks and Spencer, Ofsted, London Borough of Brent, The Learning Trust and RNIB. She's a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and has been a lay member of the Employment Tribunal Service for the Ministry of Justice. 

Over the past 20 years, she's helped achieve lasting change in organisational development, employee relations, employee engagement, mergers and acquisitions, cultural change and HR systems – winning a number of awards for her work. Since joining Alzheimer's Society she's focused on building exceptional leadership, a positive culture, coaching and apprenticeships, and a pay and grading framework, all to help grow their impact.
